If you already have a customer account and you would like to have access to the features associated with an event admin user then you can activate your existing account to have the abilities of both user types. To do that you just need to log in, click the ‘Account’ link at the top right of the screen and then click the ‘Activate Event Admin Account’ button located at the bottom left of your account page.
