If you already have an event admin account and you would like to have access to the features associated with a customer user then you can activate your existing account to have the abilities of both user types. To do that you just need to log in, click the ‘Account’ link at the top right of the screen and then click the ‘Activate Customer Account’ button located at the bottom left of your account page.
